The short version: nothing leaves your device, so there’s nothing of yours for us to lose.
What Hush collects
Nothing is sent to us. Hush doesn’t run analytics, has no account system and doesn’t contact any server of ours.
What stays on your device
Your per-site rules and settings live in your browser’s extension storage. If you use browser sync, your browser provider syncs them under its own terms.
Permissions
Hush reads page content only to remove banners and pause video. That processing happens on your device, and nothing leaves it.
Payments
Pro payments are handled by our payment provider, which keeps your payment details. We receive your email and subscription status only.
